《国际循环》：在临床上，应当如何预防或减少2型糖尿病患者心血管事件的发生？

    Henry Ginsberg：患者应当遵医嘱按时服药。我认为，HbA1c水平要降到接近7%，因为此时发生微血管事件的风险较低。另外，糖尿病患者的收缩压应当降至接近130 mmHg，当然LDL-C应降至100 mg/dl以下。至于是否需要干预HDL-C和TG，我想ACCORD血脂试验给出了答案，合并高TG和低HDL-C的这15%糖尿病患者给予非诺贝特治疗能够得到心血管获益。
 

    <International Circulation>: : At a clinical level how could you prevent or reduce theincidence of CVD among type 2 diabetic patients？

    Dr Henry Ginsberg: They need to follow their doctor’s advice and take their medicines regularly I think the hemoglobin A1c levels should be very close to 7% because that is when micro vascular events are reduced to a sort of flat level， I think their blood pressure should be close to 130 and their LDL levels certainly should be under 100. As to whether their HDL and triglyceride levels should be altered， I think our data suggests that would be of potential benefit in about 15% of diabetic patients with very bad triglyceride elevations and very low HDL levels.
